BaySave agrees to acquire open space properties

BaySave, a New Jersey non-profit corporation and registered charity, agreed to purchase 17 acres at Money Island, New Jersey for open space preservation after the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection declined to purchase the properties. The purchase transactions are expected to be funded with charitable donations and may be completed within 90 days.
